Last weekend I played the EPC annual PSK31 contest as I usually do every year. First impression: No propagation yet! No DX stations, no surprises. Just the usual suspects. Even though it was a pleasure running it. I met all good old friends of EPC community. Of course it is a digital contest. You have not the warmness of a phone QSO but still it nice to see all these familiar call sings to parade on your screen. Any way I did 303 QSOs! Quite better than 162 of last year. But still not enough for a winning place I am afraid. Never mind what it matters is participation.
