Working FT5GA

ft5gartty

They started badly. Lots of lids and idiots on their frequency mocking all the time the activities. It is going to be a tradition for major dxpeditions. People  complaining and nagging almost about everything. But by the time, things are going better. Even sun seams to help (SSN 26 today). Anyway there is plenty of time left and I am sure that finally many hams will have the chance to work them. Especially third week it will be much more easier. So stay cool guys. Save energy for the upcoming peditions. And don’t forget we have CQ WW RTTY contest this weekend.

I agree, no-one seem to have any patience anymore. It has to be now just where and when they want it. I got an SSB QSO early but have been trying for RTTY now three days, conditions haven't been good for UK and very few G's managed whilst I was listening. But I'll be there later today if they come on if not... I'll just wait. 73 de David G3XYP

Thank you David reading my blog. RTTY was a difficult task for me either. But today I was lucky. I worked them on 15m. I have already 6 slots. I wish you good luck too. In my opinion third week would be the better.
